What is Triumph and how can it help you?

Triumph is a payments network, like Visa or Mastercard, exclusive to the transportation industry. They provide Knichel Logistics and you, our carriers, with a more efficient payment process.
Triumph provides a QuickPay option, allowing you to elect to receive payment faster for 2.5% fee per invoice.
The Triumph online portal provides you with document upload features, a central location for you to check payment status on all Knichel Logistics loads, and payment preference management.

What does this mean for you?

You will continue to receive payments as you do today unless you choose to change your preferences within Triumph.
Once you connect with Knichel Logistics, you can check payment status on all Knichel Logistics loads in the Triumph online portal.
You can now upload and submit paperwork using the Triumph app.
Using Triumph’s online wallet, you can elect which bank account you would like to receive payment.
With the Triumph QuickPay payment option, you can now receive payment faster on any non-factored loads.

TriumphPay

In order to make payments easier, Knichel has partnered with TriumphPay. All carrier invoices, payments, and payment statuses are now processed in TriumphPay.com (with the exception of carriers residing in Canada that do not have a U.S. bank account capable of accepting ACH). If you have questions you can always email opservices@knichellogistics.com.

The TriumphPay portal provides you with visibility to all of your paperwork in one place.
