Knichel Logistics' intermodal drayage fuel program will be used for all carriers unless other arrangements were mutually agreed upon prior to the acceptance of any load tenders. Knichel has the fuel broken into 3 U.S. regions - Western, Central, and Eastern. Any updates in fuel will be effective the day following the release of the Department of Energy's weekly diesel fuel average.

Fuel will be based and paid upon the date the original prenote is sent.
