Cargo Expedite starts with you sending us shipment information as or after the shipment begins. We preempt delay by "paving the way" before the cargo arrives at each juncture where timing becomes volatile. From there, we make sure that your loads are handled the right way at each and every point and we make sure that the right resources (i.e. chassis, power, document filings, etc.) are in place and ready when your load arrives. Finally, we keep your providers well informed outside the "batch" communication process, so that you are not at the mercy of a busy operator.

This service will improve your shipment cycle time and financial performance, while exposing any hidden weaknesses that may have been present in your international logistics chain.

Cargo End•2•End

Cargo End•2•End includes all the steps and benefits of Cargo Expedite but adds more detail and benefits. Instead of booking the load with your carrier or forwarder, you have Knichel Logistics do that for you. Instead of waiting for your carrier or forwarder to arrange door delivery service or empty equipment removal, we'll make that happen on your time-table. We can add or substitute providers if capacity or performance requires. We can even negotiate rates and manage regulatory compliance as needed.

Frustrated with your current structure? We can transition you to a direct approach with carriers (Ocean, Dray, Rail or Air) with your own contracts or to an indirect approach (through any intermediary) as you prefer. We can also help you bring roles in-house (such as document filing). All of this with the safety net of our management environment.

OpAdvisor

OpAdvisor is like adding the expert you need to an office next door. Some of the major benefits include:
