Over the Road Load Coordinator - Gibsonia, PA

Knichel Logistics is looking to expand our full service brokerage division. We are currently accepting resumes for this full-time position. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Scheduling pick-ups and deliveries
• Tracking and tracing shipments
• Communicating via phone and email
• Negotiating pricing with carriers

All applicants must have the following capabilities:

• Excellent communication skills as well as computer skills
• The ability to multitask
• Excellent networking abilities
• High level of drive, energy, and stress tolerance
• Must be a goal-oriented, self-motivated team player
• Must be able to identify and resolve problems quickly
• Experience necessary with van, reefer, and flatbed freight
• Customer and carrier following is a plus
• Must be a good negotiator
• Brokerage experience is a plus
